Craig and Kirstie travelled to Broughty Ferry to run a hands-on workshop for educators from Dundee and beyond.
With Artificial Intelligence (AI) apps now on our phones and computers, how can teachers bring these creative tools into the classroom?
This educational workshop was a fantastic introduction to creative AI apps for teachers.
We gave them a brief overview of Generative AI apps – what they are, and how they work.
From generating visual art to creating short stories, poems, and even music, the session helped educators find practical ways to use AI tools like ChatGPT and DALL·E safely and in an engaging way.
They also got to experiment, creating fun images based on our creative challenges: could they design a Muppet version of themselves? Or make a movie poster for a summer blockbuster?
It was great to share these tools with teachers and give them confidence to introduce creative AI to their learners.
